Opportunity to join a Mindfulness Therapy Trial with King’s College London
We are pleased to share a valuable opportunity for students and their families to take part in a mindfulness therapy trial, led by King’s College London, aimed at supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing in 15-18 year olds.
This trial is open to students who are currently experiencing difficulties such as depression, low mood, or anxiety, and who have previously received, or are currently receiving support (e.g. through CAMHS, counselling, or therapy).
The programme includes weekly group sessions focused on mindfulness-based techniques to help participants manage their mental wellbeing more effectively. In addition, parents and carers are warmly invited to take part in parallel sessions designed to support you in understanding and helping your child.
