External Examinations

External Examinations 2023-2024

The summer examinations will begin the week beginning 13th May 2024. Students will receive their personal examination timetable in Commitment 2 (before students go on their Easter break). Students will be provided with a booklet of key JCQ documents that they are expected to read before their examinations.

Exam Certificates

Certificates from the Summer exams are currently being held in the Exams Office. All Harris Clapham Sixth Form Alumni who have not collected their certificates, should make arrangements to collect them as soon as possible. Please contact the school before coming in to collect certificates.

They must be signed for and will not be posted.

Post Results Service

Please find below information from JCQ regarding Post-Result Services (EAR). Each exam board sets their own fees and forms can be collected from the school on results day. Payments will need to be made via Parent Pay (please select the tab entitled Exams 2019) and EARs cannot be processed until payment has been received. Results of EARs will be communicated to students via HWSF email from the exams office.

Access Arrangements 

Access arrangements for examinations are processed by our SEN Coordinator Ms Jacklin. Once Access Arrangements have been approved by JCQ, students will be entitled to specific support during internal and external examinations at Harris Clapham Sixth Form.
