Trip to Cambridge

The trip to Lucy Cavendish College was such an amazing experience. I got to attend a really interesting STEM lecture about the hallmarks of cancer, which gave me a whole new perspective on how scientists study diseases.

We also had a tour of the college, which was great because I got to see what student life there is actually like. There was also a really useful talk on the Cambridge application process, which gave me a much better idea of what they look for in applicants.

One of the best parts of the day was meeting other high-achieving students who all have big goals for the future—it was inspiring to be around such motivated people.

Overall, the trip made me even more excited about my own ambitions and what’s possible in the future.
