On Thursday afternoon, our A Level English and Drama students were treated to a dazzling West End production of The Great Gatsby. We were fortunate to catch the show in its final week—and it did not disappoint. What a way to kick off the term!

A-Levels

A-Levels are subject based courses that students can take to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their academic skills. Students may take three A-Levels, or two A-Levels and a single CTEC or one A-Level and a double CTEC. This is subject to an enrolment conversation with a member of staff.  

At Harris Clapham Sixth Form we offer the following A-Levels, organised by department. Feel free to click each subject to download a subject information sheet, where you can find out more about the subject. This includes:

Our success stories: 

In 2025 over one third of all entries achieved A*-B grades (or equivalent) with almost a fifth (19%) achieving the top A* and A grades (or equivalent). 

In 2025 Damilola celebrated fantastic results A*AB in Psychology, Biology and Chemistry and is now studying Medicine at Brunel University. 

“I’m really happy with my results, after two years of hard work I got the results I wanted, and now I’m going to my first-choice university” 

In 2024 Daniel gained a place at his top university, Imperial College London, to study Physics with Theoretical Physics. He achieved a fantastic set of results with A*A*A* in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics.  

"It's a great relief to get my results. All of my teachers were great. If I were to do it again, I would try to have better time management".
