Cultural Perspectives

Our amazing Year 12 Cultural Perspectives programme will take you beyond your exam subjects and into the wider world of ideas – giving you the freedom to explore new topics and making learning exciting, empowering and enjoyable.
Each term in Year 12, you can pick one Cultural Perspective course. Topics are created by our fantastic teachers, who use their creativity, backgrounds and wider interests to design courses they know will genuinely appeal to students — from culture and society to big ideas, events and debates that matter in the real world.
Our Cultural Perspectives courses are designed to encourage creativity and wider reading, spark curiosity, and generate a real sense of awe and wonder about a particular topic or event. You will have genuine opportunities to talk, debate, share your views and show leadership, helping you to develop your spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding with confidence.
"The Cultural Perspectives programme is great, because you get to do new and different things outside of your subjects, and it is a great way to make new friends." Chanel
