Maths Lecture from Imperial College London

Our Maths students joined a lecture delivered by Dr Beatriz Gallindo-Prieto from the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Imperial College London.

During the lecture, students explored how the simplest mathematical concepts lie at the heart of some of the most complex and advanced computational models used in research and industry. The session demonstrated how studying mathematics opens doors to exciting careers and drives innovation across a wide range of fields.

This lecture forms part of our Maths curriculum and also gave students the opportunity to experience a university-style lecture.
