At , we have as two “cornerstones” of our development “Empowerment” and “Joy” - staff should feel able to make change and everyone should have fun at school. If you’re interested in a school that works this way, we’re hiring.https://t.co/T4zoVUcSh1 https://t.co/bV0OY3Ry36

Glad to see someone actually saying we should have joy in schools.

The Gym, The Amos Bursary Leadership Conference and Staff update

An update for you from Harris Clapham Sixth Form.

The building continues to move forward in readiness for September. I thought you might like to see a visual of the academy gym. Please check out the following link: https://www.harrisclaphamsixthform.org.uk/2297/our-clapham-gym

We had our two training days with your teachers last Thursday and Friday (before they start in September). They are all incredibly excited to work with you, we sent an email about them a couple of week ago, remember to have a look at https://www.harrisclaphamsixthform.org.uk/2289/your-staff-team

You will remember the emphasis that we place on leadership at the academy but I wanted to make you aware of the Annual Youth Leadership Conference being run by the Amos Bursary. It is for students who are of African or Caribbean descent and aged between 16 and 24.  You can register here:

https://www.amosbursary.org.uk/2021-conference/

We have a couple of exciting announcements coming in the next few days and weeks. Please follow us on twitter and check your emails!
